GeForce Week Deals Bring RTX 50-Series Cards and Pre-Builts to Walmart

Walmart is running a GeForce Week promotion featuring Nvidia's current-generation graphics cards and pre-built systems, according to reports from Tom's Hardware and TechPowerUp.

Tom's Hardware reported that MSI's GeForce RTX 5090 Gaming Trio, a 32GB OC model, is available through the event for $4,299 directly from Walmart. The outlet noted that the RTX 5090 carries a $1,999 MSRP but has become difficult to find near that price, with third-party listings often exceeding $8,000. Tom's Hardware attributed the elevated pricing in part to demand from AI workloads such as local large language model inference and image generation, alongside the card's gaming performance.

Separately, TechPowerUp reported that CyberPowerPC is offering a limited run of RTX 50-series pre-built gaming PCs at Walmart as part of the same event, which runs until September 27. The systems include Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070, RTX 5080, and RTX 5090 Founders Edition cards, which are usually restricted to Nvidia's own retail channels. Configurations are available with both AMD and Intel processors.
