Upwind, a security company based in San Francisco, has raised $400 million in a Series C funding round, lifting its valuation to $3.8 billion, according to Ventureburn and Decrypt.
The round represents a sharp rise from the company's Series B financing in January 2026, which valued Upwind at roughly $1.5 billion. The new figure marks a substantial increase within the same year. Decrypt reported that Upwind says its revenue quadrupled in 2026.
