Two Intel processors have re-entered Amazon's list of the top 10 best-selling CPUs in the United States, the first time in months that the company has placed on the ranking, according to TechPowerUp and Tom's Hardware. The development was originally spotted by WCCFTech.
The Core Ultra 7 270K Plus, Intel's most recently released desktop chip and part of its Arrow Lake Refresh line, reached sixth place, priced at $290. It pairs 24 cores with single- and multithreaded performance, and its pricing has drawn buyers. The Core i7-14700K, a Raptor Lake Refresh part on sale since 2023, took ninth place at $312. Tom's Hardware noted the 14700K delivers less gaming performance than several other chips in the top 10, including the cheaper 270K Plus, but works in both older LGA 1700 systems and new builds using DDR4 memory.
