
Two Crypto Billionaires Give Reform UK Record £72 Million in Donations

Nigel Farage's Reform UK party has received a combined £72 million (about $97 million) from two cryptocurrency billionaires, in what reports describe as the largest political funding boost in the party's history and one of the biggest in British political history.
According to BitKE, BitMEX co-founder Ben Delo donated £36 million, and crypto investor Christopher Harborne made an identical contribution a day later. Cointelegraph reported that Delo's donation amounted to nearly $50 million, matched the following day by Harborne. CoinDesk reported the two gifts arrived within 24 hours, and Decrypt noted the combined sum exceeded what every UK party raised in the previous year.
