Standard Chartered has issued a forecast that the price of Arbitrum's ARB token could climb to $10 by 2030, a level CoinDesk reported would represent a roughly 70-fold increase from current values.
The bank tied the projection to tokenization, arguing that the trend could reshape the economics of the Arbitrum network and position it as a preferred infrastructure for traditional finance. According to Cointelegraph, Standard Chartered pointed to Robinhood Chain as an early indication of how tokenization might transform Arbitrum's revenue base and push ARB sharply higher over the period.
CoinDesk noted a caveat in the bank's assessment: holders of ARB currently have no direct claim on the fees generated by the network. Standard Chartered nonetheless expects tokenization to draw traditional finance activity toward Arbitrum through 2030. The bank also suggested ARB could outperform Bitcoin and Ether over that timeframe.
