CVC Capital Partners has completed the final close of Catalyst III, its third European mid-market private equity fund, at approximately €3 billion, according to Ventureburn. The outlet reported the figure equates to about £6.7 billion and nearly doubles the firm's original target of €1.75 billion, positioning it among the larger subscribed private equity vehicles raised in Europe this year.
