
Proptech Startup Dwelly Raises $170M for AI-Led Property Management
The UK-focused firm secured funding co-led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst to consolidate independent letting agencies under an AI-powered platform.

Dwelly, a property management startup applying artificial intelligence to the rental market, has raised $170 million, according to Sifted and Ventureburn.
The round was co-led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, with participation from existing investor s16vc. Additional backers included KKR's Philipp Freise, Begin Capital, DVC, and a group of European AI founders, Ventureburn reported. The financing comprised $95 million in equity and $75 million in debt provided by Trinity Capital. The deal brings the company's total funding to more than $260 million in under a year, capital the firm intends to use for further mergers and acquisitions and to develop its technology platform.
