Swiss Startup AI Infrastructure Capital AG Launches With €16M for AI Compute
The Pfäffikon-based company buys NVIDIA GPU servers, runs them on renewable power and rents the capacity out under long-term contracts.

AI Infrastructure Capital AG, a newly established Swiss company, is launching with a recently closed funding round of roughly €16 million.
Based in Pfäffikon and founded in June 2026 by Cédric Waldburger and Roald Parmentier, the company owns compute capacity for artificial intelligence. Its model involves purchasing enterprise NVIDIA GPU servers outright, installing them at sites powered by renewable energy, and renting the capacity out under long-term contracts.
The Valyou investment foundation, based in Rapperswil, is the round's anchor investor. Its managing director, Yonten Wagma, is joining the company's board. The board's fourth member is Rapperswil-based entrepreneur Fabian Villiger.
