Microsoft has reportedly reached an agreement that would make Xbox Cloud Gaming the sole cloud platform allowed to stream Grand Theft Auto 6 at its release, according to The Verge's Tom Warren, who cited people familiar with the company's plans, as relayed by TechPowerUp.
