
Lexroom Buys France's Query Juriste and Bulgaria's Praven Intelekt in First Acquisitions
The legaltech firm has made its first two acquisitions, extending its AI legal platform to five European markets months after a $50m Series B.

Legaltech company Lexroom has acquired French legal AI firm Query Juriste and Bulgarian company Praven Intelekt, its first mergers and acquisitions transaction since it was founded, according to Tech.eu.
The deals extend Lexroom's presence to five European markets, including Italy, and follow earlier organic expansion into Germany and Spain. The company frames the acquisitions as a new stage in its European growth strategy, combining internal expansion with M&A to scale its AI operating system across civil law jurisdictions.
