Legora acquires London legal AI startup Wexler in fifth deal of 2026
The acquisition of Wexler, a fact intelligence platform for litigation teams, marks Legora's fifth purchase this year and seeds a new London engineering hub.

Legora has acquired Wexler, a London-based legal artificial intelligence startup, in what Tech.eu reported is the company's fifth acquisition of 2026.
Wexler was founded in January 2023 by Gregory Mostyn and Kush Madlani. Its platform is designed to extract, verify and reason over factual records drawn from large and unstructured document sets, processing more than one million documents per case. Rather than producing summaries or loosely sourced excerpts, the system runs documents through a gated pipeline that isolates discrete, verifiable events — identifying who said what, to whom, when and why it matters to a given case.
