iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max Open for Pre-Order With Apple's First 2nm A20 Pro Chip

Android Authority reported that the A20 Pro could return Apple to the top of mobile performance rankings, noting Apple's claim that the chip "sets a new bar for mobile computing." The outlet also raised the question of whether Apple can hold that lead once next-generation processors from MediaTek and Qualcomm arrive before the end of the year.

On pricing, GSMArena noted that Apple does not offer pre-order incentives on its premium models, and reported that the company raised prices on the iPhone 16, 17 and Air by $100.
