European AI Startups Draw Seed Funding for Industrial and Enterprise Automation

In the UK, London-based AI Score raised 4.6 million euros (5.4 million dollars) in seed funding to advance its platform for helping companies adopt and manage generative and agentic AI safely, EU-Startups reported. The round was led by Fuel Ventures, with continued backing from founding investor GALLOS Technologies and support from investors including Robert Mann, Mo El Husseiny and Alan Morgan. The funding will go toward product development and expanding operations. According to EU-Startups, co-founder and CEO Alex Harland said AI operates at a scale and level of automation that traditional governance was not built for, and that organisations need to move quickly while keeping visibility and control.

Munich-based Atira raised 15 million dollars in seed funding to expand its platform for automating industrial sales engineering, and also disclosed a previously unannounced 2.5 million dollar pre-seed round, Tech.eu reported. The seed round was led by Accel, with participation from UVC, Fortino, Booom and industry investors including Ann-Kristin Achleitner, Marc Bitzer, Markus Flik and Celonis co-founder and co-CEO Bastian Nominacher. Founded in November 2024 by Florian Diegruber and August DuMont Schütte, Atira builds an AI orchestration platform for companies selling complex, built-to-order products. Its system works across existing CRM, ERP and CPQ systems, processing customer requests, flagging relevant requirements and generating technical documentation, configuration proposals and pricing. Atira estimates industrial sales engineering represents more than 128 billion dollars in annual labour spending globally.
