XREAL has introduced its latest flagship augmented reality glasses, the XREAL 1 Pro Plus, positioned as a successor to the XREAL One Pro, according to Android Authority.
The new model carries several upgrades over its predecessor. Its display reaches a peak brightness of up to 1,200 nits, and it supports AI HDR to enhance the visual quality of compatible videos and other content. Android Authority also reported that the glasses offer 60fps 2D-to-3D conversion.
Engadget noted that the device does not include a camera. The outlet's coverage also highlighted improved comfort as part of the update.
The XREAL 1 Pro Plus is priced at $599 and is available through XREAL's website, per Android Authority. The company's launch adds another entry to a crowded AR glasses market that spans lower-cost options such as the RayNeo Air 4 Pro and higher-end products like the Snap Specs.
