Vessla, a Stockholm-based startup developing what it describes as an agentic operating system for real estate, has come out of stealth with €2.94 million (about $3.3 million) in pre-seed funding. According to EU-Startups and Tech.eu, the round was more than twice oversubscribed and was led by Seedcamp.
Other backers include Inception Fund, Tiny VC, operators from Lovable and OpenAI, and founders Lukas Saari of Tandem Health and Fredrik Hjelm of Voi and Pit, along with several angel investors.
Founded earlier this year, Vessla targets a common issue in property management: data is spread across several separate systems, and staff are left to connect them manually. The company notes that a single maintenance request can involve reviewing property records, contacting a supplier, updating a work order and following up on an invoice, with each step handled in a different tool.
