Samsung has released the Galaxy S26 FE, the latest entry in its Fan Edition line, but the device arrives largely unchanged from last year's Galaxy S25 FE apart from its processor, according to a comparison published by GSMArena.
GSMArena reported that the newer model has launched at a higher starting price than its predecessor. It attributed the increase to memory chip prices, noting that the hardware is otherwise almost identical to that of the S25 FE. The main point of difference between the two phones is the chipset.
The outlet suggested buyers consider the earlier Galaxy S25 FE, describing it as covering much of the same ground at a lower starting price, in keeping with the Fan Edition approach of offering flagship-adjacent features for less.
