reebuild, a Vienna-based construction technology startup, has raised €3 million in a seed round to grow its AI-powered back-office automation platform for construction and real estate companies.
The round was led by Fortino Ventures, a Ghent-based venture capital firm that backs B2B AI and software companies across Europe through its third-generation fund. Rise PropTech and CuriosityVC also took part, as did existing backer Hansmann Family Office.
The company builds software that automates administrative and financial tasks for construction firms and property developers, including invoice processing, cost management and material tracking. Its platform reads incoming documents line by line, whether PDFs, photos, scans or e-invoices, and turns them into structured data. It automatically matches related records such as delivery notes, invoices and order confirmations, recalculates invoice corrections, and uses AI agents to prepare tasks and suggest next steps. Final approval decisions stay with employees.
