The platform centres on Matthew, an AI hearing care agent that interacts directly with prospective patients. According to EU-Startups, the agent answers questions around the clock, educates users, addresses emotional and practical concerns, and directs them toward suitable care. For clinics, the tool is designed to reduce administrative tasks for staff and convert calls into appointment bookings.

Healthy.Capital managing partner Douwe Jippes said Clementine pairs domain expertise with a clear AI platform strategy that can scale globally, and that the approach could change how people with hearing disability engage with hearing healthcare, EU-Startups reported.
