Several technology startups have announced new funding rounds spanning observability tools, enterprise artificial intelligence, digital investing for financial institutions and car rental, according to reporting by Ventureburn and EU-Startups.

groundcover raises $100 million

Tel Aviv-based groundcover has secured $100 million in a round co-led by new investors One Peak and Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, Ventureburn reported. Zeev Ventures, Angular Ventures, Heavybit and Jibe also participated. The financing brings the company's total raised to $160 million.

InvestiFi raises $20 million

InvestiFi has raised $20 million to expand its embedded digital investing platform for American credit unions and community banks, Ventureburn reported, describing it as the largest investment into a fintech dedicated exclusively to that segment. The round was led by Vibe Credit Union, with participation from BankTech Ventures, Idaho Central Credit Union, Navari, United Financial Credit Union, Coastal Credit Union, Mid Minnesota Credit Union, Truity Credit Union and Southpoint Credit Union.

Founded by CEO Kian Sarreshteh, InvestiFi operates as a Credit Union Service Organization that lets financial institutions integrate investing into their online banking, allowing customers to invest directly from checking or savings accounts through its patent-pending "Investing from Checking" technology. The capital will support platform expansion, product development and adoption among institutions seeking to retain deposits.

Sigvi raises €1.2 million

Vilnius-based Sigvi has raised €1.2 million in pre-seed funding to accelerate product development and international expansion, EU-Startups reported. The round was led by Helsinki-based Superhero Capital, with participation from Vladas Lašas, chairman of the Lithuanian Business Angel Network and co-founder of the Carbon War Room, alongside other angel investors.

Founded in 2023 by CEO Vytis Šliažas, COO Ignas Gibas and CTO Mindaugas Banaitis, Sigvi describes itself as an AI revenue agent for the car rental industry, aggregating vehicles from independent fleet operators and private owners and managing operations end to end. Its AI engine handles dynamic pricing, bookings, keyless around-the-clock vehicle access, automated inspections, predictive maintenance and customer support. The company says its vehicles are typically priced around 30% below traditional international rental brands.
