
Claret Capital Closes €575M Fund IV to Back European Tech and Life Sciences
London-based growth debt manager Claret Capital Partners has finalised its fourth fund at €575 million, exceeding its original €500 million target.

Claret Capital Partners, a London-based independent growth debt fund manager, has announced the final close of its Claret European Growth Capital Fund IV at €575 million, surpassing its original target of €500 million.
The total is made up of €440 million in commitments to Fund IV and a further €135 million raised through an affiliated discretionary mandate. According to the firm, the fund drew increased backing from its institutional investor base, which includes pension plans, insurance companies, family offices and other public and institutional investors. Private wealth investors also took part via an ELTIF structure, and the fund is set to benefit from a series of discretionary co-investment partnerships.
