
Berlin's Cloover Turns Profitable, Secures €86.2M Facility for Solar Platform
The AI-native energy platform reached profitability three years after launch and raised new financing, bringing its total capacity above €1.12 billion.

Cloover, a Berlin-based energy platform focused on residential solar, heat pumps and home electrification, has secured a new €86.2 million ($100 million) financing facility. The company also announced it has become profitable three years after its launch, reporting a revenue run rate above €301.7 million ($350 million).
The new facility raises Cloover's total financing capacity to more than €1.12 billion ($1.3 billion). In January 2026, the company had announced a €1.04 billion financing commitment. The capacity is underpinned by a €350 million guarantee from the European Investment Fund, which is used to pay for energy equipment and installations across Cloover's markets. Those markets will soon include the United Kingdom, France and Poland.
