
Belgium's NewSchool VC Closes First Fund at €10M to Back B2B Tech Startups
The solo-GP firm reached its €10 million target after a €6.1 million first close in September 2025, backing early-stage B2B technology companies.

Belgian venture capital firm NewSchool VC has closed its debut fund at its €10 million target, according to reporting by Tech.eu and EU-Startups. NewSchool Fund I hit that mark after an initial €6.1 million first close in September 2025.
The fund is backed by around 50 investors, including six family offices, among them The Millers Office, alongside entrepreneurs from the Belgian business community. Named backers include Willem Delbaere and Roeland Delrue of Aikido Security, Jean-Louis Van Houwe of Monizze and Luc Coopman of Cobofisk. Founder Christophe Morbee contributed 25 percent of the fund himself.
