
SiEngine Raises $200M to Grow Automotive Chip Business Worldwide
The Chinese chipmaker, co-founded by ECARX and Arm China, plans to expand manufacturing and pursue global automotive customers with its new funding.

SiEngine, a Chinese automotive semiconductor company, has raised $200 million from institutional investors during the first half of 2026, according to Ventureburn. The company said the capital will support research and development, expanded production, and its push to reach automotive customers internationally.
SiEngine designs vehicle-grade system-on-chip (SoC) processors intended to power software-defined, AI-enabled, and autonomous driving features. Its processors are built for ECARX's open vehicle architecture intelligence system, which the company positions to integrate hardware and software.
